3v3 +2 SSG

Time- 35 Minutes

This is an Anaerobic exercise focusing on passing and intensity.

the 3v3 focuses on passing and creating space in behind to place the ball into the mini goal.

this will have the same concept as a game of hockey where the ball is still in play behind the goal there will be 2 bouncers one on either end who can either come into play behind the goal to keep the overload and create space for the attacking team in front of goal, however one person must enter the zone to pass the ball to the bouncer, this will be done in 4 waves of 4 minutes with a 1 minute break in between. as soon as the ball leaves play the team who lost the ball are now defending, however if the team score the bounce player on their side restarts the game but one player must go into the end zone to retrieve the ball or the team who conceded bounce player restarts unsure yet,

challenge- if a goal is scored within 10 seconds it is double points.
