24x12 with cones every 6 yards
Instructions:
Players dribble through cones performing a figure 8 at each pair while moving forward. Pass ball back to start line and walk/jog back to recover.
Follow these restrictions:
+ Right foot only
+ Left foot only
+ Bottom of feet only

Each player has ball.
24x12 grid with cones every 6 yards
Instructions:
Without ball:
+ Jog down
+ Hip out (open the gate)
+ Hip in (close the gate)
With ball:
Players dribble down lane performing ball mastery. Once at end peel around and pass ball back toward start trying to get it to stop on line. Jog/walk back to recover. Do each exercise 2 times.
Exercises:
+ Tick tocks
+ Toe taps
+ Rolls (across body, switching feet each touch
+ Inside/out (switch feet at each cone)
