End zone to End zone
2 teams in each end zone. complete 5 passes on the 5th pass one player to move out to receive the ball and the passer to create a over lap, into running with the ball. pass off at the other end zone and repeat.
Prog add 2 defender into the central area to press the first player so have to be quick to play the overlap ball.

Game Related
Still same concept of starting from the attacking defender.
A passes to B and creates a overlap. D will either press the ball (B) or cover the Overlap (A). B must make the decision to play the overlap or drive at goal.
S and W will make there way into the box for either the follow up from the drive to goal or the cross from the overlap.
Repeat from the opposite side.

Over lap
Tech
Basic over lap run to receive the ball
A passes to B from cone 1
B controls at cone 2, waits for A to over lap and then passes. B then moves to cone 1.
A receives the ball dribbles a little then basses to C at cone 3.
A moves to cone 4 and C continues the procces the opposite in the direction.
Focus on running with the ball after receiving the overlap.
