Objective : ball manipulation
Organization :
Group 1 -The first player dribbles the ball forward with stepovers and the passes to other line.Same sequence with variations of moves while dribbling.
Group 2 - The first player passes the ball to his teammateopposite and then runs to the end.The second player moves forward to receive ,passesto the next player in line.Variations added.
Coaching Points : control of ball , weight of passing, speed of dribble , high intensisty in runs.

Objective: Passing and Receiving with Shooting.
Organization:
-Two lines are working simultaneously (just stagger start of each line)
-Pass A to B; B to C (Player from wide making run toward goal to finish with shot on target.
-Must encourage three shooting options: Near Post, Far Post and Chip the Keeper. Players must have a plan of action when confronted by GK in front of frame.
Coaching Points:
-Quick Control-Pass action of the ball.
-Hard Pass inside of feet.
-Visual checking behind before receiving.
-Verbal Communication.
-Control with a turn.
-Width-Depth
-Receiving the ball in an open position

Directional Possession
Terminology
"change it" or "Switch it"
"release out of pressure"
- two teams in the middle with neutrals on either end of the field
- team looks to play one side of the square, keep possession and play the opposite side = 1 point
- if possession is lost, you must restart
- 90 sec games, rotate neutrals
COACHING POINTS:
1) Once the ball is switched, create angles of support to receive the ball
2) Find passing lanes that are able to "break lines" or take defenders out of the play
3) If possession is lost, try and win the ball back under 5 seconds.

Objective: Phase of play; Getting the Midfield Players in between the lines in phase 2 of buildup.
Organization:
-Blue team is the attacking team attempting to score on the large goal.
-Pink team comprised of the defensive back 4 and 2 midfielders is attempting to win the ball and score on the small goal(s).
-Balls always start with the attacking team.
Coaching Points:
--Positive first Touch to drive forward with the ball, looking to
shoot early if possible.
-Move your opponent from the area that you want to attack.
- Can we beat an opponent off the dribble and score?
-Assess the Gk position and finish effectively under pressure.
-Shooting Technique-Secondary chances.
-Movement of 7/11 to create maximu width to create central space.
Interval Duration: 2 x 10 minutes; 2 minutes rest.
