10 yard square.
Groups of 3.
Work for 1 minute at a time.
1. Ground passes left and right.
2. Inside foot volleys left and right.
3. Thigh control to opposite foot volleys left and right.
4. Chest control to volley left and right.
5. High, hook volleys left and right.
6. Headers both sides.

2 rows of 3 boxes (approx 10x10 each box).
Players organised as shown (depending on numbers).
Rotate defenders regularly.
How to Play
Ball starts with a team of 3.
Each player must touch the ball before the ball is transferred to the next box.
One player moves up to make a 3v1.
Repeat to end box, 2 players move up to make a 3v1 and 1 from first box moves up.
Repeat from the opposite end.

How to Play
Blue team attack the goal and try to score.
If the White team recover the ball, they have to take the ball, under control, over the halfway line in order to become the attacking team.
If the keeper makes a save, he plays out to the White team.
If the Blues win a "corner" they restart with another ball from the halfway line.

Work in pairs from midfield.
Play into the striker who sets the opposite midfield player to play wide.
Striker and 2 MF players to make runs into the box to finish the cross.
