Technical Session
Add a Mannequin to the middle of the box.
Progression 1
As Before, but this time instead of go the coach calls 'Left' or 'Right' - GK1 again bursts out from behind the mannequin, GK1 then touches the 'Left' or 'Right' Cone at the front of the box before moving into the set position.
Rotate the Goalkeepers throughout the drill, with each taking their turn as servers.Mechanics & Key Factors
As per warm up.

Progression 2 - Deflecting with Feet
At times it’s impossible to get down quickly enough to save close-range low-driven shots with your hands so you may need to use your feet to stop the shot.
The 2 cones set out either side is to encourage the GK to move the ball away from them and the goal, and away from the attacker.
If ball is deflected back towards the server, then server can immediately play the ball back in.
Rotate the Goalkeepers throughout the drill, with each taking their turn as servers.
Mechanics & Key Factors
As per warm up.

Progression 3
If ball is deflected back towards the server after the coach serves, GK2 is to follow in and play the ball straight back at GK1
