Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): On-Ball & Off-Ball Running
Description
- Start by warming up (that is if you haven’t) to make this workout more effective.
- Starting from the middle cone, dribble the ball to one of the outside cones, go around it, and come back to the middle cone.
- Leave the ball in the middle and sprint to the cone on the opposite side.
- Go around the cone and runs to the middle cone again to pick the ball. Dribble around another outside cone before heading to the middle; leave it, and sprint around the opposite cone.
- Rest and repeat 5x minimum

- Use 4 cones to make a square grid measuring 13x13 yards. You can adjust this distance depending on how long you want the sprints to be.
- Place another cone in the middle.
