Description

  • Start by warming up (that is if you haven’t) to make this workout more effective.
  • Starting from the middle cone, dribble the ball to one of the outside cones, go around it, and come back to the middle cone.
  • Leave the ball in the middle and sprint to the cone on the opposite side.
  • Go around the cone and runs to the middle cone again to pick the ball. Dribble around another outside cone before heading to the middle; leave it, and sprint around the opposite cone.
  • Rest and repeat 5x minimum
