Improving team shape and defense

Organization:
Teams of 3. Three teams per activity.
Two teams on the outside playing offense (Yellow & Pink). One team on the inside playing defense (Blue)
Team will play 3(pink)v1(blue). After 4 passes, play will go into another grid (any yellow) and all yellow will enter that grid. New blue will enter to play defense.
Play to 5 points. Point for offense transitioning grid or ponit for defense winning ball.
Progression- Add in second defender
Coaching Points:
1v1 defensive - defending the line to deny penetrating passes.

Oranization:
Teams of 8, split into groups of four. Each group of for is designated an area.
Teams attempt to penetrate defensive oppostion and complete pass to corresponding teammates.
If/when defense wins the ball, they will play with their corresponding teammates by penetrating the oppostion.
