Warm Up
Warm Up-
Organize players into groups of 4. Try keep groups of players together that positionally makes sense.
The Activity is a basic pressure cover balance excersie.
Each group moves from one coach to the next so they are getting two reps (You can use a player as the server also) When do they jog to the back of the lines staying in there group.
First the coach will PASS the ball on the group to each player as this happens the rest of the players in the group would react to the situation how they would in a game positionally on a smalled scale.
Scond the coach will Serve the ball to each player in the air.
Progression:
The back 4 will use the front 4 as attacking players that they have to check in front of our win balls over.
