Organisation
Area 30 x 30
2 teams of 6 with an endzone at eithier end of the pitch, to score a point they must simply dribble the ball into the end zone and also they must stop the ball.
1 Goal = Dribbling into the end zone.
5 Goals = Perform a skill to beat a defender before entering a endzone.
Coaching Points
- Head Up
- Soft touches
- Quick Decision making (When to pass, when to dribble).
- Change Direction
- Awareness of space.
Progressions
- Multi Directonal teams can score in any end zone.
- If a team scores in one end zone they can keep possession and they can score in the other end zone.
- Overload (7v5)
- Players have limited Touches.

Normal SSG game, Lets keep emphasizing what we have learnt during the session.
We will use the last defender offside rule.
