Explenation 2 teams red v blue with GK's. the aim is to get the ball through the middle third to the strikers. if the ball gets through then one of the midfielders then can enter the final third to make a 3v2 to then try and score
Progression Making the pitch smaller to have less time on the ball limit the touches on the ball can only score with a one touch finish
Regression Make the pitch bigger for more space. Have unlimited touches. Have both midfielders go into the final third. Make the middle zone smaller so the pass doesnt have to be so long
