4v1 Transition:
Grid: 2 10x10 grids.
- 4 players play keep away against one defender from other team.
- If ball goes out, team's who's ball it is starts with it, but opposing defensive player cannot enter grid until they make first pass.
Scoring:
- offensive team gets one point for every 4 passes.
- defensive team gets one point if they win the ball and play it back into their grid.
- if offensive team loses it, no point for defensive team but that team now starts with ball
Progression (olders):
- after every 5 passes, other team can add a defender
- can do same game with 4v2's.

1v1:
- Defenders on each side, work on closing down quickly and forcing openents wide.
2v1:
- Offensive players work on decision making.
2v2's:
- Main focus here is on pressure cover. Don't switch players, but keep them in front of you.

Length of run is 100yds. 100 large paces for the female athlete.

1-10 25 sec 35 sec Total time = 1 minute
11 - 24 sec 36 sec Total time = 1 minute
12 - 23 sec 37 sec ETC
13 - 22 sec 38 sec ETC
14 - 21 sec 39 sec

16 - 19 sec 41 sec

### The RECOVERY TIME is a slow run back to the original starting line.
The next level begins at the 1 minute mark. I.E. 1st level - 25 second sprint
time run, 35 second recovery time run back to line, which is a total of 1
minute, and the beginning of the next level.

Technical Warm-up:
1) 3v1 Warm-up:
2) Shielding: Place ball on top of cone and shield the defender from the ball.
3) Ball Mastery: inside outside cut, dribble cut, dribble ct with sole, solve-V, sole-behind cont., pull-push, pull inside, fake shot.
4) 1v1 moves: the hop, cut unders, scissors, drag cut under exit,
5) Running w/ the ball at full speed with head up (partner puts number up).
