4 horizontal zones (10x40yds)
Blues = 1 in top zone, 2 in middle zone
Red = 1 in top zone, 2 in middle zone
1 Neautral floating btwn middle zones
Instructions
Start: blues pass side to side in order to open up space between reds
Then blues pass through the red's "line" into ST
ST has 2 touches to finish on mini goal = 1pt
Progressions:
1 defender can press the group of 2+N
3rd runner scores 1 touch finish = 2pts.

- partner shuffle
- shoulder bump
- squat jumps
- heiden jumps
- bounding
- sprint 10 + back 5
(alternating between 1min. of each exercise & 1min. player's choice dynamic stretch)
then, complete 3 sets of:
- plank x15sec
- side plank x15sec/
