RULES OF THE GAME

- 3 Teams of 6, only 5 players on the pitch

- Teams must score to remain in the game

- Every team that scores, must change sides

- Ball is played by the coach to the team who enters

- Team that does not have the ball must start behind the center line (engagement line) and can only cross once a pass is played.

- Team that plays the ball out of play twice or gets scored on, loses.

COACHING POINTS

1. Moving the ball is crucial, because it will help us move the opposition and eventually create space to attack forward. Ex : If the FB receives the ball and the striker leave his position to defend, the CM should be quick to ask the ball and use that space to attack forward.

2. If the opposing team is defending high, wingers and strikers should move up, because there space to attack is behind the defenders. Ex : All 5 or 4 opposing players are defending high, playing the ball to the GK or Defender and asking for the long passing will give us the opportunity to attack forward. If we stay back, we will only get crunched in our zone.

3. If the opposing team is defending low, let's play what we see until we get them to commit forward. As soon as a player commits forward (leaving a space open), that's where we have to attack.

4. It is not necessary that the ball is always played to the Striker, but the player closest who could score. Ex : If the FB is playing higher than the Striker and is in a better spot to score than the Striker, and there is an opportunity to play the ball forward, we must react as fast as possible.
