Focus of this session is for players to continue growing their confidence to beat defenders and score goals. Looking for players to go at defenders and commit to a skill move, body shape ready to shoot after skill move, and the speed at which they do the skill move.

After performing move to beat a defender
Attacker will try and score on goal/goals
1 Point for goal
1 Point for proper Timing of the skill move

Player passes ball out to waiting attacker
Attacker must be past the half way line to shoot
1 Point for goal
1 Point for successful skill move past defender
Players will rotate clock wise after each round

Skill Moves to Beat a Defender
Players will dribble in grid that is 20x20
As players are moving around the grid they will work on different skill moves
When coach calls out a number players will dribble towards that many training poles and preform move to beat the defender
