Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
In this progression, players will play a 1-2 pass (the receiving players movement is key, getting in front of cone and movement around)

Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
1. Can players play in maximum 2 touch
2. Set stronger players a challange of 1 touch

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
In this progression, players will be playing a mixture of short and long passes (players must make sure their movement is quick to receive the ball after playing the short pass, this allows the player to be prepared for the long pass across)

2. Set stronger players a challange of 1 touch

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
In this skill based drill, there are 3 teams (Red, black and blue). The aim is for the teams in the wide areas to keep possession of the ball. If the team in the middle wins the ball, the team who lost the ball will now be in the middle trying to win the ball back.
1. Once the team has made 4 passes they are able to pass the ball across to the other side
2. Only one defender is allowed to press and win the ball back
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
1. Can players play in 2 touches
2. If a team switches the ball after 4 passes they get a point
3. if the defender wins the ball back after 5 seconds they get a point
They team with the least points does a forfeit.
