Instructions:
2 teams of 5 players compete by scoring in any goals within 2 minutes. However teams must perform 5 passes before scoring.
Progressions:
- Counts as 2 goals after passing the through the red gates and scoring in any gate
- Play 3v1 in defensive third with two outer players feeding the ball into defenders
- Remove goals gradually until there is two goals
Coaching points:
- Control for a purpose
- Be on balance while controling the ball
- Find space if you struggle under pressure

Instructions:
Play a normal game, however initially players can control the ball unopposed in red channel.
Progressions:
- Ball to be played to feet
- Unopposed control after a back pass
- 2 touch football
Coaching points:
- Be creative in your control (in tight areas)
- When dealing with aerial ball, aim to bring it down as quickly as possible

Organization:
50x40 yrds grid
10 players (4 blues, 4 reds and 2 greens)

Instructions:
Players receive the ball from outer players with greens applying pressure (only pressure!), and then they control it aiming to take the ball to free outer player.
Variations:
- Players receiving the ball with bibs tucked inside their shorts attempt to avoid green players taking it from them
- If having difficulty with pressurizing defenders, just removing them until the technique of ground control is mastered
Coaching points:
- On toes (balls of feet)
-Get in line with ball
- Decide and present surface towards ball
- Relax on impact
