Organization:
Set up a square on each cone has to stand one player.
Instructions:
Players have towards diagnol towards eachother. Before the meet eachother in the middle they have to do a move.

Organization:
Use a small goal on the back line, a cone 15 yards away from the goal. Put a cone line down 5 yards away from the goal.
Instructions:
Player 1 has to dribble towards the goal and try to pass the defender to score. If the attackters misses or when the defender steels the ball. The attacker will become the defender.
Optional
Put two gates down where the attacker first has to dribble threw before he can score.
Coaching Points:
- One touch on the ball, one touch on the ground
- Accelerate

- Start on time with your move

Organization:
Create a field 10x9 yards. Divide the fields in four different parts. One part splits the middle and two parts so the left and right side is open.
Instructions:
The players play scrimmage. The players can get out of there divided part.
Optional: After the left and right midfielder receives the ball in there part they are able to dribble in the attacking part.
Coaching Points:
- Check out / Check in
- Use your far foot
- Use diagnol passes
- Try to beat your opponent on the side

Warming-up: Dribble thre cones from 2 sides (10 mins)
Organization:
Set up two cones 10 yards away from eachother. in the center put 4 cones down where the players have to dribble threw.
Instructions:
Player one is dribbline threw the cones and gives the ball to player 2. Now player 2 is dribbling the ball threw the cones and gives it to the player on the other side.
Players can dribble threw the cones by:
- Only right foot
- Only left foot
- Inside / outside
- Sole role
- L-turn
Optional:
The player on the other side can raise a amount of fingers that the player with ball has to say.
Coaching Points:
- Keep the ball close
- Keep your head up
- No heel on the ground
