Time: 20 Minutes
Organisation:
-30x30 grid.
-Players split into the teams.
-2 inside the grid with other on the outside with one player inside.
Exercise:
-Coach serves ball into play.
-Team in possession looks to keep the ball as long as possible.
-They can use the common players inside and outside of the grid.
-Team in possession has scoring targets: 3 passes, then 5 passes, then 7, then 10. Scoring point for each target.
-Play 5 minute spells and see who has most points then switch group. All face each other once.
Key Points:
-Passing technique: Pace of the pass and accuracey.
-Movement: Finding space to get on the ball.
-Comuinication: Demaning the ball and calling to team mates.

Time: 20 Minutes
Organisation:
-40x30 grid.
-Split grid into 5 zones with each end scoring zones.
-Split into 3 teams with 2 inside and one outside with one player inside as common players.
Exercise:
-Coach serves ball into the grid.
-Team in possession must attack and transfer the ball through the zones.
-This can only be done by running the ball from one zone to the other and aim to get into the scoring zones under control to score.
-If opposite team win the ball they can counter attack.
-The team in possession can use the common players and the common player inside can score.
-Players pass and move but cannot pass ball through the zones.
-Play 5 minute periods and switch teams after each period.
Note:
-Allocate players zones to play in with only player team in possession and common players allowed to move to different zones.
Key Points:
-Close control of the ball.
-Shield ball from opponenet.
-Attack the space with pace with the ball.

Organisation:
-Full width of 3 G pitch.
-Split players into teams with a 3-2-3 formation.
Exercise:
-Play 15 to 20 minute period games.
-Switch teams after each game.
Key Points:
-Look at at the tactical aspects mainly throughout the games. Positional play, game awareness as well as the technical ability on the ball.

Exercise 1: Attacking and Defending] (20 mins)
Time: 20 Minutes
Organisation:
-30x30 grid by the goal with pug goals at opposite end.
-Players are split into three even groups.
-2 teams inside and other on the outside with one player inside.
-These operate as common players.
Exerise:
-Play starts with attacking team (blue).
-They aim to work together and with common players (yellow) to score.
-If the defending team (red) win the ball they an counter attack and score in the pug goals.
-If a goal is scored or missed chance or saved then play restarts from top of the grid with blue team in possession again.
-Play 5 minute periods and switch teams around.
Note:
-Common players can switch in and out of the grid when they pass to each other. Common players outside can cropss the ball into the playing area also.
Key Points:
-Attacking: Fast paced play and having the awareness to always use the extra players to attack and get a shot off.
-Defending: Get a good shape between the attackers and the goal and apply pressure to the attackers.
