Set up
In 3's with a ball.
Rules and Conditions
1. Individual header challenge
2. Defensive heading - Server throw ball to heading player, who has to try and head the ball to the person behind the server.
3. Defensive header with Passive defender - Server throws the ball over the head of the passive defender, heading player to watch the ball and head back over passive defender to server.
4. Defensive header with Passive defender - Server throws the ball over the head of the passive defender, heading player to watch the ball and move towards the ball jumping and challenging passive defender to head back over to server.
5. Heading players to stand shoulder to shoulder. Server throws ball up between the two players, the two players must force the opponent away from the ball to win the header.

Full field split into thirds . Main goal and goal on half-way line.
Rules and Conditions
Play 11v 11 including keepers: Defending team cannot drop into their defensive third until the ball does

Rules and Conditions
Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Use resistance bands for strength development and Post Activation Potentiation.
