"How can you run to move the opponent"
"How can you move the ball to move the opponent"

"8v8" (opposed)
All players (16) inside 40m x 50m area, setup as the diagram shows
BPO team must be in a 1-2-2-3 formation, staying compact and central from restarts.
BP team should be "level and outside" of their direct opponent where possible, with the objective of getting the ball into the end zone
BOTH teams can be adjusted with time, touch, or passing constraints as needed. Field size or formation/starting positions could also be adjusted if needed.
Receiving players should try and take an aggressive, positive first touch forward.

Game training vs Reserve grade.
(if no full field or opponent is available, 1/2 field with 2 mini goals out wide will still work)
Coaches should be able to observe players looking to be level and outside of their direct opponent.

All players (15) inside 20m x 40m area, dribble ball until someone checks off pole, and shows "level and outside" from the pole.
Multiple balls at one time
Pass should only be made to a player that is actively looking to receive, and is level and outside of the pole
Receiving players should try and take an aggressive, positive first touch forward.
Remove poles, and see if players can "check off" and receive "level and outside" other players, instead of poles
