Dynamic Warm Up
Speed - Agility - Coordination - Change of Direction
15 Minutes
1. Dynamic Warm Up and stretch - 5 minutes
2. Agility/Change of direction - in lines, player in the back maneuvers through teammates to get to front.

Technical Work - 20 Minutes
Focus will be on passing/receiving ball with sole to lay off for a finish
Warm Up - players passing and receiving following pass. Focus on weight of pass and receiving all with sole.
1. Player A takes preparation touch, Player B is posting up on "defender" at top of arc. Player A plays pass into B, B receives and holds ball up, rolls ball with sole of foot to B. Players rotate positions.
coaching points:
1. Bump fake from player B to begin, strong base to hold off defender
2. receive ball away from body
2. Same set up. Now Player A receives back from B and plays reverse pass back to B
Coaching points:
1. Technique of the reverse pass with the laces of outside foot
2. movement after laying ball off from B

Ball Striking/Finishing - 20 minutes
1. Player A takes preparation touch, Player B is posting up on "defender" at top of arc. Player A plays pass into B, B receives and holds ball up, rolls ball with sole of foot to B. Player A strikes ball on target
coaching points:
1. Bump fake from player B to begin, strong base to hold off defender
2. receive ball away from body
3. Striking technique, takes touch if needed with sole of foot to roll ball out, strikes with laces, ankle locked toe pointed, landing on striking foot. Key is a quick release. 2nd technique is to strike with toe, quick.
2. Same set up. Now Player A receives back from B and plays reverse pass back to B
Coaching points:
1. Technique of the reverse pass with the laces of outside foot
2. movement after laying ball off from B
3. Positioning of hips to strike ball with back foot or front foot
Players will work both right and left foot when finishing

Finishing Game - 20 minutes
3 or 4 teams with targets if enough players
Bring goals in for more finishing
3v3 game, defenders must stay in defensive half unless ball is played into attacking half and laid off, attackers must stay in attacking half
Goals are scored:
+1 from attacking half
+2 from defensive half
+3 from attacking half if ball is played into attacker and layed off to oncoming defensive player to score
First to 3 wins.
