How
Play starts when the coach passes into one of the eams. Both teams should attempt to attack and score in either of the two mini-goals on the opposite end line, but they must use one of the wide blue common players,
within their phase of play before scoring.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
- First block: Unopposed game focusing on ball speed and movement way from the ball/ Shifting as a unit and defend behind the half way line/Deep player not involved
- Second block: O.O.P's team to press the ball, Deep player gets involved, Att team MUST switch the play before scoring and allowed to score in the main goal.
- Third block: Add a ST for the green team and another 6 to the I.P team 1-2-3, to only score int he main goal
Challenges, Conditions & Targets:
- If the attacking team uses one of the wide players before scoring, counts for two.
If they manage to switch the ball from one wide player to the other before scoring, they get three points.
Additional players are located in between the two mini goals serving as a bounce player for more scoring opportunities, if they use tem after switching a play from a wide to a wide player they goal counts for 5.

5v5+4.Blue players locked inside the channels and same for 2 players from each team as shown, central players are not allowed to enter the wide channels.
fI a team scores after combining with a player in one ofhe wide channels, they score two points.
If a team combines with a player from both wide channels before scoring, that goal is worth three points.
In the last working block, opposite wide player is allowed to join the attack when the ball is with the common player on the other channel and in the same half.
Scoring team keep possession.

Green team aim to play from one side to the other by using the blue player. A set number of passes has to be performed ine ach half before switching. Blue players cannot be pressed and encouraged to play with 2 touches. Red team to send one DEF to press the other wo screen the ball, upon interception ball has to passed to the coach before restating.
