Forward passing warm-up (15 mins)
Session Objective: To warm up for forward passing drill by delivering a variety of forward passes.
Organisation:
Set out as shown Players pass and follow pass.Receiving players start on cone and drop off to receive back foot.
A and B must play one touch,C receives and plays ball with good weight for D to run on to.E and F do same.
emphasis is on speed and weight of pass to move forward as quickly as possible.
Developments:
D makes forward diagonal run and C plays straighter pass in channel.
Go opposite way round to use left foot.
