⚽Practice Organization

• Aerobic capacity exercise with multiple Change of directions
• Black team executes 3 changes of direction pre-linear run
• Blue team executes 4 changes of direction pre-linear run
• Every team must reach final line (second line) in 25 seconds
• 12 minutes run for the Blues
• 10 minutes run for the Blacks

⚽Key Coaching Points

• Maintain same running speed
• Motivate players during the exercise
• If you realize increasing endeavor provide 1 minute rest at the 5th minute and start over for the remaining time
• Always correct Change of direction technique mistakes
• If players arrive earlier thank the expected 25 seconds, they should rest till the pass of the time
• Do not push the players to exceed their personal limits  
• Players have to change direction on both sides, left and right
