Progression 1 (10 mins)
-Split the team into two teams ( Team A and Team B) standing 15 yards apart as shown in the diagram above.
- Player from team A with the ball makes a long pass to the other player from team B, then the player follows the pass midway of the distance.
- Player the turns to where he/she came from make a pass to their teammate, meanwhile, the player from team B also follow their pass midway waiting for a pass from the other side then they also make a turn with the ball to make a pass to their teammate
- The sequence continues.
Coaching points:
-Players to master passing, receiving and turning with the ball.
-Making accurate passes.

Progression 2 (10 mins)
Technical passing
- Slit the team into two teams standing 15 yards apart as shown in the diagram above
- Player with the ball makes a long pass to the other side(Team B) then runs to the to the middle cones to receive the ball and make a pass to the space on the middle for the player from team B receives it from there.
- Player from team B then proceeds with a pass to team A
-Players from both sides follow their pass
Coaching points:
- Players to master passing, receiving and running into space.
- The amount of power of the pass when making a long pass, and shot pass.
- Making accurate passes.

Progression 3 (15 mins)
- Same as what is happening on progression 2, only that the players take a shot towards the goal.Coaching points:- Players to make sure they score in a fast manner with less touches of the ball
- Target on gaol.
