The players are split into groups of 5. They set up in a 1-2-2 (house) formation and move the ball around the group while remaining fixed in their positions, with the emphasis on pass quality and detail.
To progress the 3 players in the "roof" of the house circulate the ball, with the central player moving to support the play on either side. This is then supported by the two wide players recognising when to come in closer and then the back man rotating round, with one of the wing players dropping in to become the back man.
The next progression is then getting one of the top men to drop in to the centre of the court, with the back man then rotating round.

Now to increase the tactical challenge for those playing in the house they play 5v3+GK. They must recognise when to keep the ball and when to play parrellel/diagonal passes to retain possession/create goal scoring opportunities.
If the defending team regain possession they run the ball over the end line.
The defending players are swapped every 2 minutes.

To finish the players are split into two teams. One tasked with playing a 3-1 and one playing the House formation.
At half time the teams get to choose whether they stick with their formation or change.

Intro
The players are split into 2 teams and play "Line Ball" where the aim is to get over the end line and stop the ball.
At each side of the pitch both team has a support player. Initially this player is unopposed and based in their own half, if the ball is played out to them then this player moves in to the central area, with the passer moving out.
The emphasis is on retaining possession and rotating before attacking once the opportunity arises.
As the game develops allow the wide support players to go into either half of the pitch to support and they now can be marked by the opposing support player.
