Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition)
The session was set up with bibs handed out upon arrival, the drinks were placed in a set area to ensure maximum ball rolling time.
The transitions between activities were smooth and fast, drinks breaks were effective with interventions taking place during these breaks, the set up was tidied quickly to allow for the small sided game to start with as much time as possible.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
During this activity participants will be split across 2 cones on either side of the pitch, the will pass the ball into the coach in the middle who will then lay the ball back on for the participants to run onto, participants will be allowed 1 touch before striking the ball at goal. The progression for the activity will be to remove the coach for a defender who will still pass the ball back, before running out to close down the shot of the attacker to add a realistic feel like a game situation. The regression of this activity is to remove the goal keeper to allow participants confidence during the striking process.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
The challenges set during this activity will mainly be individual such as can a participant take a first time shot upon running onto the ball, the condition will be that the participant can have no more then 1 touches before shooting and the target will be to count your score and see who can score the most.
