Ball is played in from the middle by a coach, player from each team race in and play a 1v1  and try to pass or shoot the ball into one of the four nets, they cannot dribble the ball in.

Progression after 5 min is a 2v2 and after another 5 min 3v3. First team to 10 goals wins.
