Organization
- 6 Goals on the field
- 2 x 7v7 goal, 4 x 5v5 Goal
- 6 Mannequins, each 15 - 20 yards from goal
- 6 groups of players one behind each mannequin
- Each player has their own ball
Activity 1
- The Attacker pins the defender side on and asks for the ballon the favoured side to roll with teh outside of the foot
- The ball is played in, attacker rolls out and finishes across
- Add a variable finish e.g side foot finish near post
- Progression: Position body to turn with the inside of the foot
- Progression: Ask players to create a different way of rolling the defender being creative in doing so.
Activity 2
- The attacker drops off the defender to receive with an open body on teh back foot
- The attacker then creates the space to shoot and finish
- Progression: The attacker receives on the front foot and beats the defender with the first touch before finishing
Each activity will start off with the defender being passive before becoming active as the session progresses

Activity
- The player will work different ball manipulations behind the mannequin before accelerating past and and striking at goal
- The strike at goal will be focused on technique rather than power
- Players will progress to adding power to the strike while still focusing on the technical points of the strike
