2. perform 5 quick bounce passes turn then run with ball to other side and perform

perform chest volley as above then header land turn out dribble round cone and perform again
work for 30
next with partner perform dual dynamic stretch routine from matrix.
final part bounce pass move perform multi-directional movement whilst dribbling with ball. then repeat
gradually increase intensity
final part half number of balls then becomes pass and move
do 5 quick close passes then turn out and find another pass high tempo ready for main session
