5:30 - 5:50pm
Set Up:
- Set up your pop up goals to create 2 fields
- As players arrive and finish their pre-practice technical have them hop onto a field to play
- Numbers are intentionally kept small to get lots of touches and introduce topic
CP's:
- Be Engaged
- On your field in your team
- Encourage players with what topic you are working on (Guided Questions)
- Numbers up / Numbers down are perfectly fine and honestly preferred sometimes. This will help players naturally adapt tactically to the game and build some character to overcome circumstances

5:50 - 6pm
Set Up:
- use the 18 yard box or a similar sized space
- 2 players per ball
- One player will start with the ball using their body to protect the ball
- If the defender wins the ball, they protect it
CP's:
- Stay low and balanced
- Keep body between ball and opponent (put ball on outside of foot)
- Dribble/cut into open space
Reps:
- 2 x 2 minutes per variation

- Still ball
- Dribbling around

6 - 6:30pm
Set Up:
- 8 x 15 yard grids
- 2 players will share a grid
- Players start facing the same way with the ball with the player in the back
- Back player passes the ball between players legs
- Front player is trying to turn and score across the line
- Back player is trying to win the ball and score across opposite line
- Alternate Service
CP's:
CP's:
- Stay low and balanced
- Keep body between ball and opponent (put ball on outside of foot)
- Dribble/cut into open space
Reps:
- 90 second games
- Winner moves up, loser moves down
Guided Questions:
1) How are you able to use your body to win and protect the ball? Shoulders, step in front, hands low
2) Why do we put our body between the defender and ball? Protect the ball, defender has to foul to win the ball

6:30 - 7pm
CP's:
- Communicate in the run of play through guided questions (mainly pertaining to your topic)
- Utilize halftime break to simulate game
- Keep it free-flowing. Try not to freeze during this phase (only if something drastic needs to be pointed out).
