SSG - Passing, Receiving combinations with Directional goals. The Red team try to play forward on receipt to either player A or player B. Combining with teammates to pass into Aor B who are locked in their coned area. If the blue team win possession they pass and receive combining to hit C or D player. The player who passes into the coned area with a successful accurate and well weighted pass transitions to become the receiver in box. The original receiver plays out to own colour to attack the opposite coned area. Possession is key, players learn through play, to play with head up and the benefit of spacial awareness and scanning.

Passing and Receiving to play forward, outer player plays in to safe side (away from manikin) receiver movement away from marker, as ball travels accepts on front foot side on if possible to play forward. Receiver scanning (checking shoulder before and after receipt.) Awareness of surrounding essential, then based on position, weight of pass into next receiver. First touch and body position again adjusting to receive front foot if possible and play forward at tempo. Communication is key, how can the receiver help the distributor and distributor help receiver, play quickly but controlled.
