Bumper cars (120 mins)
20x30 area
1 ball per player
Instructions:
Players drive their bumper cars trying not to bump into another bumper car or not the barriers (dribble outside area).
Its a race to x amount of pedal pushes (pinky toe touches), but every time you 'bump' you lose x amount of pedal pushes.
Coaching Points:
Push pedal gently so dont go too fast and out of control (small pinky toe touches) if lots of bumper cars around, if find somewhere where no bumper cars are, can you speed up to get their (bigger touches)
Watch out for other bumper cars (look up, head up)
Can you steer out of their way if about to crash (changes of direction)
Progressions:
Add defenders (people without bumper cars) who hold pinnies, if they bump you out your car (touch your ball) they get to drive it and you have to bump someone else out their car
Add cones as land mines. lose a point everytime you hit them

Demon Run (20 mins)

players lined up behind blue cone
red cones in the middle divide the field into 2 zones.
Instructions:
-players in green cannot cross into each other zone.
-players in red First will have a penny hanging from the side and the Demon is trying to pull the flag out. once the flag is pulled . the player must collect the flag and run back
- Only one player at a time
Coaching Points:
- Ask players to look up and locate the space then attack it
- how to cut into space (show how when ball is incorporated)
-keep ball close when dribbling then burst into space
-agility
-spacial awarness
Progressions:
-incorporate a ball and a goal for players to shoot on.

GHOSTBUSTERS (20 mins)
30 x 40 area with all the balls on the outside of the area
Instructions:
1. Ghosts (players) are running around free inside the haunted house
2. The ghostbusters (coach) has to try to chase down the ghosts and get rid of them
3. When ghostbuster hits the ghost with his buster gun (ball) the ghost becomes a buster too
4. Ghost then goes to get his ball and helps clean up all the ghosts
Coaching Points:
Keep your head up to see where all the ghostbusters are
Change directions and speeds to get away from the busters
Ghostbusters use the inside of their feet to control and pass the ball at the ghosts
Progressions:
P- Add a ball for each player to dribble
P- Start with more ghostbusters
P- Smaller area to play in

Set up two lines approximately 12 yards apart. in the middle of these lines have two gates of different colours 2 yards wide as shown in the picture.
One player from each line runs into the middle and run on the spot (players should be pumping the arms to work on proper running technique), the coach then calls out a colour and the players race thru that color gate. When the coach calls out the color the next two players shoul make their way to the middle. You ca add activities for the players to do when they are in the middle (header, touch the ground, turn etc)
For an extra progression you can make it that if the coach yells 'blue' the players go to yellow and if he coach yells 'yellow' the players go to blue.

Doctor Doctor (20 mins)
20x30 area
2 - 5x5 'Hospitals'
2 teams
Ball per player
Instructions:
Each team has to try and 'knock-out' all the players from the opposing team.
If a player is knocked out, they must sit on top of their ball where they got hit.
A player is knocked out if a ball hits the on the knee or below
A player can only be revived by a doctor, a Doctor revives a player by tagging them
The doctor can be knocked out too, but not in the hospital
When all players and the doctor from one team is knocked out, the game is won

Numbers Game (20 mins)
- have players on each endline of the field
- give players the same number for each team ( if uneven in
players. give a player 2 numbers )
- try to match up players facing each other evenly in skill
- when a number is called out. player runs to the middle and
competes for the ball.
Coaching Points:
- here is a good time to let players just figure out the game for
themselves but depending on the skill level talk about looking
- attacking open space
- keeping the ball close / small touches
- player without the ball needs to look for the open space to receive
a pass.
Progressions:
- call multiple numbers to creatve a 2v2 3v3 4v4 etc

Warm Up (20 min)
Organization: Freeze Tag
- Everyone has a ball
- The 2 players in blue are the freezers and they are trying to tag the players in white.
Variation
- Ways to freeze a players is by tagging the players or using the inside of the foot to strike the ball and hit the player
- To get unfrozen a player in white can tag you or you can have a player pass the ball through another players legs. this will help with using the inside of the foot.
Coaching Points:
- look for open space
- take small touches and burst into open space
- pick up head when dribbling to locate freezers and open space
