18x24 yard area
Balls
Instructions:
- Player plays diagonal pass to partner, and follows pass to provide semi-opposed pressure
- Partner gets in line with the ball and attacks their partner looking to execute the scissors
- Players continue to the end of the opposite line
- Once players have passed/cleared field, opposite corners mimic the same move
* Play for an "x" amount of time or certain amount of repetitions the switch sides so players can work the opposite
Coaching Points:
- Get in line with the ball
- Choose proper foot and surface to receive/attack the defender
- Go directly at the defender forcing them to commit
- Use of upper body to help exaggerate the move
- As space closes, execute the move
- Take the ball away with outside of the foot
- Accelerate away

Instructions:
- Sequence starts with initial square pass to partner, who plays same diagonal pass
- Runner now comes into play to help execute the overlap movement
- Rotation, A->B->C->D
* Play for an "x" amount of time or certain amount of repetitions the switch sides so players can work the opposite
Coaching Points:
- Player C get in line with the ball and drive at Player B
- Upon recognition of inside touch, Player D looks to get around Player C
- Player C decides whether to keep ball (move) or lay-off ball for Player D

- Play is live:
* Attackers look to dribble through either pole-gate on the opposite side.
* Defenders look to score on either counter goal.
- Play for "x" number of seconds.
