8v4 Directional Rondo (Progressive possession)
Attacking team moves the ball from one goal player to the other.
Defending team upon turnover attempts to score.
Start and progressions:
- All players are locked in their zones to start.
- One midfielder can move into the non-middle zone.
- Midfielder can exchange positions with one of the two zone players.
- one defender can move into the central zone.
Coaching points:
The 4 B's (body shape - back foot - between the lines and ball speed)
Ask players to get "above the line" when possible and take the ball forward instead of back.

Three zones 2v1 - 3v3 - 1v2 (play 2v2 -3v3-2v2 if no goalies and finish in the corners/ play with small goals)
Players are restricted to their zones.
Progression 1: One attacker can move up/back a zone to create an over-load.
Progression 1A: Younger players: One team can go where they like.
Progression 2: One defender can drop a zone evening #s and simulating defense from behind (recovering defender)

Player who passes to player in gate takes their position while the receiver enters the filed of play with the ball
Coaching Points:
Insist on speed of play. Go to touch restrictions if necessary.
Ensure that the teams intermix and not congested in one area.
