Set up

  • Set up an area - circle or square
  • Group players in pair
  • All players have a ball
Game
  • Yellows try to chase the blues
  • Yellows win a point if they can stop their ball in the players shadow
  • Switch chasers every few minutes
  • Switch pairings regularly

Progressions

  • Players being chased don't have a ball
  • If there is no shaodwd (ie indoors) then chasing player has to tag their partner on the shoulder

  • Play without footballs

  • Change of speed / direction
