Organisation
Always start from blue area - goal keeper
Players in blue area have 3 passes to move the ball wide or to red area - where blues can score
One red defender in red area creating 2v1 situation
Blue wide players are not tackled
One red goes into blue area to win ball - shoots if ball won.
Coaching points
Play with open body
Check shoulder - particularly CM at top of blue area
Move the ball quick
Wide players stay high
Switch the ball - passing quick, crisp, accurate
