Setup:15x15 yard area with 2 goals back to back in the center 5 yards apart
Instructions:
Defending team pass the ball through to attacking team. Attacker tries to score in either goal. Defender tries to win ball and score in either goal

Keep ball close and within reach of feet
Dribble at speed into space
Awareness of best goal to attack

Setup: half field with full size goal
Instructions:
Split teams in half. Coach serves a ball to the near player checking toward them. The attacker must receive and try to turn on the defender for a shot on goal.
Progression:
Add player at the top of the box
1. Turn inside and shoot
2. Turn inside and layoff to teammate
3. Turn outside, dribble to endline and find a seam to play through in front of the goal
