Split teams in half, progress from two touch around the diamond to wall passes. Right/Left foot.
Coaching Points:
Ankle locked.
Head up.
Body over ball.

Instructions:
Play starts from Coach. Players on the outside look to quickly combine to split inside players.Each successful split is a point. The inside looks to deny these passes. The focus is on the middle - they look to allow the least amount of points. Team with the least points against wins. Switch teams.
- 60 seconds x 4 rounds.
- Add a fourth team with large numbers, go 3's on the outside for youngers.
