Pitch 1 - Chelsea Sprints 4 per team
Player B starts on small cone
Player A starts on Big cone
Player B - has too sprint back to his team whlst player A has too tagg him for a point
Once player B gets passed other smaller cone - Player A has too turn to get back to his team without player C tagging him.
Continuous Sprinting - team who gets the least amount of taggs win
Pitch 2 - Diamond ladders
Various ladder work
-iccy shuffle
-one in/one out
-two in/two out
-latteral movements

Inroduce a game of tagg
and passing between opposite teams, whlist completeing ladder work.
Pitch 3 - Shoot to win
Players go aginst each other by completing various SAQ movement through the ladders or cones, then they have to sprint around the poles - first to score - best of 3 wins - change partner
Pitch 4 - Goals, Goals, Goals
4 V 4 - No GK's team with the most goals wins - Decission Making!!!!!!!!
