Explanation
Arrange attacking players in a front three, middle three shape, with two FBs (can double up or rotate positions where required)
Opposition manequens set up with a back five on defending third line
Play combinations (left and right side) to a finish
Pattern 1 - Up, Back, through (6-9-8-7)
Pattern 2 - Up, Back, shift, 1v1 (touch past or dribble)
Pattern 3 - Shift play, forward, combination on the side, through.
Attacking runs to near post (9), far (opposite winger), cutback (opposite CM), locking our edge (near CM)

Quality of movement (sharp, acceraltion)
Quality of final acts (crosses with pace, low, shots with correct foot, 1st time), rebounds
