Same set up as before...
Now receiving players at #2 must quickly play ball down the line to receiving players at cone #3. Recieving players should be taking the ball on the back foot and in order to avoid pressing defenders (passing players from line #1) and to quickly receive & dribble ball around far cone (reciveving players in #3).
Once every player has experienced each cone #, switch sides once again and have players in line #3 head to #4

Same set up but now we have added players to line #4
#1 plays into #2, who plays wide to #3... #3 will now play a diagonal ball to #4. #4 receiving player will then head to #1 line with ball. Every player follows their pass.
Once everyone has experieced each # line, switch sides and go again
Another possible progression is to have #4 wall pass to #3 who can receive and then dribble around far cone and back to line #4 giving the ball to #1

Counter Attack Phase 1 (10 mins)
Start session with at least two players at cones #1,2 & 3
Balls will start at cone #1
To start have first player at #1 play a ball into receiving player at #2. Receiving player will try to let ball come across his body and then touch / dribble the ball up the line and around middle cone at far end and ending with ball in line #1. Passing players at #1 will follow pass and put 50% defensive pressure on the receiving player, ending up in line #2.
Once all players have experienced both passing and receiving / dribbling roles, switch sides and start passes from line #3.
#2's role is essentially starting the counter by winning the ball from #1 and then playing out...
