Initial set Up (20 mins)

Organisation

Set up 2 boxes on a diagonal angle from each other.

Size can be adjusted to suit your players.

Distance between boxes can be adjusted depending on your desired outcomes.

(I did this with the numbers shown, boxes 10x10 yards, 20 yards between boxes).

Screen 2 (20 mins)

How to Play

Reds play a normal Rondo, from the outside lines of the box.

The defenders stay in for a set period.

Once the outside player has made a pass they have to sprint to the other box.

Players must keep moving around to make sure there is a player on each side of the square.
