Situation (15mins):
CB without pressure driving into the next line
CB starts with the ball by dribbling into the field, then the game is live. The attacking team try to score in either of the 3 small goals. If the defending team win the ball, they have 8 seconds to score in the goal.

Ball starts with GK, who playes to either CB, on the pass, the opp. #9 can step in and press (only the opposition #9 can step in the defensive zone). CB's look to drive into the next zone to create numbers up. The attacking team try to score by passing into the target players (#9 / #7 and #11). If the defending team win the ball, they have 8 seconds to score.
8 reps then switch - Teams only have 8 balls, so they must pick the right moments to attack

P3: Pass into #6 who dribbles and plays #11
