Group of four play 1/2 touch footabll inide the square retaining the ball as the defender moves at high intensity to paly the ball out the box. 4m x 4m
Players are forced to think quickly know where there tesam mates are, have quick feet and accurate passing. Need to develop good control.
Fast pass winning group most passes together within ball being taken by defender.

Object of this drill is to force the attacking team to play into space to enure they are moving and passing around the defender. The defender is expected to play with intensity and integrety. Protecting the triangle but not obstructing.
Points are won by defender when ball played out of square or when ball won from attackers.
1 point for completing 4 passes, 2 points for passing ball through triangle to another player.
Two three touch maximum from attacking players.
Improves, fittness, control, passing, movement and the defenders awairness.

Player at position 1 passes to wall player (middle), 1 moves to position 2.
Same time player at position 3 plays ball to player at cone 4 (player at cone 3 waits to receive pass from player 2. While player at 4 passes to wall player.

Bulldogs fun warm up (15 mins)
Warm up starts with kids jogging around pitch, can cat as through go to ensure when they come back they are ready to start training and listening.

Game of Bulldogs
1 player stays in the middle, the rest of the kids have a bib hanging out of his shorts. The object is for the kids on the line to get across to the other side without the guy in the middle getting the flag. When the flag is taken this player joins the player in the middle.
Player in middle calls out name of player to cross, if this player crosses then the rest can follow, if the players whos name is called shoults bulldogs everyone can go.
Want to see change of pass, change of direction, spining off the player trying to get bibs.
