- Added sqaure into the middle of the circle.
- Players have to dribble through the sqaure, perform a skill or feint inside the square before exiting trough a different side to a team mate on the outside.
Focus
- Skill (step over, dragback, feint, etc)
- Awareness of other players - head up
- Decision making - best skill to perform at that time

- Players around edge of the circle, half with a ball and half without.
- Focusing on one-two and overlaps.
One-Two - players driblle into the middle of the circle, before passing to a team mate without the ball, they then make a sideways movement to create an angle to receive the ball again to then lay off for the person on the outside to dribble the ball into the circle and repeat.
Overlap - players dribble into the circle a little before making a long pass to someone on the outside without a ball. They follow their pass and make a run around the person who they passed to befor receiving the ball back and repeating. (after 1 minute change people with the footballs.
- Players make their own decison whether to do a one-two or an overlap.
Focus
- Body shape to receive ball in one-two (angle)
- Weight of pass
- Communication

- SSG - 5v5 (or numbers dependent on the number of players in the session)
- Play normal rules for 4 minutes so players get a feel for the game and pich size that you have set up.
Progression
- Players have to do a one-two or overlap before they can attempt to score.
- Overlap and score = 3 goals
- One-two and score = 2 goals

DRIBBLE (5 mins)
- Circle work - players all starting on the outside of the circle - half with a ball and half with out.
- Player with the ball dribble across the the circle to another team mate and taking their place on the outside of the circle.
Focus
- Players dribbling with both feet
- Dribble at pace
- Keeping ball as close to players feet.
- Awareness of other players in circle - head up
