Knockdown
Get players into pairs
Tall cone in middle of two players
Players stand 10 yards apart
They must roll the ball to knock the cone down.
Each time a cone is knocked down they earn a point
Progressions
-Take 5 steps back
- Overhand throw
- Drop ball from hands and kick
Equipment
-Tall cone to each pair
-Footballs
-25 Yards space between players to allow progressions
Encourage
-Get Low when rolling ball
-Eye on target, non throwing arm pointing towards target for throw
-Eye on ball when kicking

Colour game
Get players into groups
give them 3 different coloured cones.
2 players will play at a time whilst the other player calls the colours.
The first player to get down and touch that colour cone earns a point.
Coach will call time after 4 minutes and the winner will stay on.
1 Minute rest in between rounds
