Organisation (brief description of session):
Keep ball 3v3 and 2v2 pass through gate.
Learning Objectives:
Technical:
Passing, driven, swerved, inside, outside. Long/short, when where.
Tactical:
Vision of where/when to support, movement inbetween defenders. creating space to use.
Physical:
Endurance, anaerobic, running, agility, balance, co-ordination.
Psych/ Social:
Communication, focus, correct pass, correct decision.
Coaches Comments:
Allplaers worked hard on endurance which made it mentaly hard when tired to make runs to create space. understanding and will did improve.

A- Players Given one or two touches on passing had to changesquares,however the same number of players had to be kept in the same square.
B- Players still had to change squares all had two touches but had to pass in sequence e.g. 1-2,3-4 etc up to 10 & back.
