Variation- switch sides

Progression- add passing

Cp's- Dribble with laces at speed, be creative, maintain speed until time to accelerate, keep eyes on ball, planted foot-hips and shoulders facing target, lock ankle, land on your shooting foot, communicate and combine properly on progression.
